Because Old Light decks are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once files have been delivered.

We will always make it right if your download link doesn't work or a file is damaged, if you were charged more than once for the same order, or if you bought a deck that's already included in a Collection you purchased.

Email with your order number within 14 days of purchase, and we'll reply within one to two business days.
